Well, these hip hop workshops were originally designed for young adults ages 16-24 who had a passion to be a part of the hip hop music industry. I put together a few programs with radio DJs, producers and indie record labels. They were all “how to” workshops for young people who didn’t know exactly where to begin. Low and behold, we had a consistent much younger audience attending the workshops so I had to adjust to what they were looking for. So, Fly Write was born.
