We are announcing the addition of one of Albany’s finest to the Sub-Bombin roster. Sev Statik has been in the Albany Hip Hop scene for more than 15 years now and has quite the resume to prove it. From his group Deep Space 5 to working with DJ Dust on his Rawkus Records release and everything in between, it’s safe to say he is part of the glue that keeps the 518 Hip Hop scene alive to this very day.
In March, we will be releasing his new EP titled Sophy which will be produced by Pig Food’s PJ Katz which features Animal Cracker and cuts by J-Live. It will be available for download for free. Later this year, we will be releasing his upcoming full-length which will also feature production by PJ Katz as well as Oddisee.
